Job Function



• Conduct professional walkthrough presentations of coaches
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• 
Maintain relationships with customers
• Ability to communicate with customers and the service department in setting expectations for delivery
• Reach sales targets in a timely manner
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

Qualifications

• Previous experience in high-line coach sales preferred, but not required
• Strong negotiation skills
• 
Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build and maintain rapport with clients
• Task-oriented with a focus on attention to detail
• 
Motivated with an ability to work independently and as a part of a team

Manage day-to-day general ledger accounting and month-end close functions to ensure accurate and timely reporting of all accounting information. Develop, implement, and maintain Premium Coach’s accounting systems and policies/procedures. Ensure proper accounting for all new programs and contracts. Assess and implement new/changing accounting standards. Manage all administrative functions in Premium Coach’s corporate office.

Primary Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility for general accounting including journal entry posting and account reconciliations.
• Manage the month-end accounting close to ensure accurate financial results available to operating management in a timely manner.
• Preparation of all monthly internal and GAAP financial statements.
• Cash management, including maintaining banking relationship and preparation of 13-week cash forecast.
• Preparation of annual budget and periodic forecast updates.
• Develop internal management reports and key metrics to inform senior management of sales and profit trends and issues.
• Preparation and submission of payroll information to third-party payroll processing firm.
• Maintenance of internal control policies and procedures surrounding the general accounting functions.
• Analyze month-end balances to assess potential accounting issues.
• Manage competing priorities and assignments to ensure all close and reporting deadlines are met.
  Focus on the system and manual process improvements.
• Data entry of invoices, including input of the invoice information into an excel spreadsheet for batch uploading.
• Perform other Finance, Operations & Administration projects as requested.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required / Preferred

• BA or BS Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business required
• 5+ years of accounting and finance work experience required
• Supervisorial experience preferred
• Significant experience with QuickBooks (job costing, payables, etc) preferred
• Highly organized/detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong Computer Skills: Microsoft Office / Excel / PowerPoint / QuickBooks
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Self-motivated and strong drive to succeed

Physical and Mental Demands / Environment

Work is performed in a normal office environment utilizing standard office equipment; such as computers, telephones, faxes, and copying machines.
