I feel compelled to write a letter regarding the excellent services we received from Premium Coach doing the process of buying our 2011 Kings AIre motorhome. In any organization, the level of services received is dictated by the management staff. From the onset of meeting Chad, he was straightforward, honest, and demonstrate the highest level of integrity while walking us thru the process of buying this motorhome. His communication skills was beyond reproach and he demonstrated exemplary Knowledge about the products in which the sells and how to communicate that information effectively to the consumer. More importantly, his warm, personal touch is filtered down to his staff. From his sale personnel, to his technician, his detail crew, and his office and management staff were all kind, warm, and presented a personal touch that made you feel a part of premium group family. Over a 30 year span We have purchased seven different motorhome from seven different dealerships, but at no time did we feel more comfortable then we did with Chad and his staff. Chad recently found a buyer for my Monaco Dynasty coach, and I could not have been more pleased regarding my entire experience with Premium Coach Group. I found myself in February in the market for a new to me coach. I had a Wanderlodge that I bought new in 2004. My Blue Bird had served me well and was a really magnificent piece of equipment but I thought that before I quit that I should enjoy some polished stainless and have a Prevost. I looked around online and found what I thought was just exactly what I wanted. It was advertised and owned by Premium Coach Group. I made a phone call and talked to Chad Stevens. After several calls and conversations I made the decision that I could trust him and we started talking in earnest about working out a deal. I was in Naples, Florida at our place in the Pelican Lake Motorcoach Resort and a long way from Gilbert, Arizona. After deciding that I wanted the coach, if it was as presented, we started working on the details. I really didn’t see any need to go to Arizona and see the same thing that I could see in the photos and maybe drive it around the block so I told Chad that if he would deliver it to me in Naples and if it was as presented that I would transfer the funds and the deal would be done. The plan was for me to meet the coach about fifty miles up the road and drive it from there. I figured that it would have about a 2300 mile proving run on at that time. He agreed and we had a verbal handshake. I doubt that many purchases of this magnitude are handled like this.

The coach was delivered, I drove it the last fifty miles and determined that it was as presented, and transfered the funds. In the following weeks I found several discrepancies that I’m satisfied were unknown at the time of the sale and made them known to Chad and even that there is a big X in the box (as is on the purchase of any used vehicle) that states the purchase is “as is”, Premium Coach Group agreed to cover the expense of their correction. I think that is almost unheard of in this day and time.

Needless to say, I’m very happy with my purchase and very happy with my dealings with Premium Coach Group and Chad Stevens. I would be very proud to recommend Premium Coach group to anyone shopping for a motorcoach. As far as I’m concerned they are an organization of exceptional integrity and can be trusted without question.
Now if I can just manage to keep it under the “Sure to get you a ticket speed”, all will be well.

I’m happy to see Premium Coach Group here. Chad is a good man. He worked for Marathon, and knows and understands these complex machines. Moreover, I found he listens to the client to ensure he’s showing coaches that fit the buyers needs rather than pushing specific inventory.
